More about the Tribulation Period

There are many teachings out there about the tribulation period.
Do not be tricked into believing the lies!
Lie #1 Tribulation period has already happened.
Lie #2 Tribulation period will never happen.
Lie #3 Tribulation period is going on now-we are in it and can not escape.

Truth facts: 1. Tribulation could not have happened yet because the Holy Spirit and the church must be taken out of the world before it can take place.
2. The tribulation period will happen because God said so,and what God says will happen,happens in his timing.
3. The tribulation period is not going on now because if it were than there would not be today's blog post because I would be in heaven along with all the other raptured people. Plus Galatians and Corinthians discusses how there were false teachers in the church during the time of the writings of these books of the New Testament, and how these false teachers had lead people astray by teaching that the church was in the tribulation period. These letters pointed out the falsehood in the lie. So,the tribulation period is still to come as pointed out in I Peter Chapter 3,and in other New Testament passages in Revelation,Matthew,and Mark,and in the Old Testament book of Daniel.

Tribulation:Like Hell On Earth For Those In It

• The Tribulation period will ...
• Be like hell on earth for those in it
• Include earthquakes,and other natural disasters
  
• Be a judgment on the inhabitants (people) on the earth
• Take place after the rapture of the Church-those with Christ in their hearts-and of all the babies,and others not at the age of accountability yet,and after the Holy Spirit is taken away
  
• Be for those left behind for it
• Include many supernatural events
• Be full of wicked people that refuse to worship God
• Be when the anti-christ lies about all sorts of things
• Be worse than any other event in the history of all generations before it
• Include many deaths...of plant life,sea creatures,land animals,and people
• Include the destruction of the stars
• Cause money not to be used, because those who worship the anti-christ "second beast" will have a mark in their right hand or foreheads and will buy, sell, or trade by having this mark scanned
  
• Involve idol worship
• Include the celebration of the death of the two witnesses after they die and stay dead for 3 1/2 days...and will include gift giving to celebrate their deaths
• Include the destruction of the waters,moon, and sunshine
• Will include much deception,violence, and chaos
  

Tirbulation: Two Witnesses, Prophets of God Mentioned in Revelation

• There are two witnesses during the tribulation period mentioned in the Bible.
• They are discussed in Revelation Chapter 11.
• " And I will give power to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for 1,260 days, clothed in sackcloth."-Revelation 11:3
  
• *sackcloth-a rough cloth,usually woven from goats hair. Clothing worn as a sign of mourning for the dead or as a sign that a person was sorry for his or her sins.
• This type of clothing was usually worn by Old Testament saints.
• "These are the two olive trees and two lampstands that stand before the Lord of the earth." -Revelation 11:4
• *lampstands-also known as candle sticks, or light to the world
• "If anyone tries to harm them,fire comes from their mouths and devours their enemies. This is how anyone who wants to harm them must die."-Revelation 11:5
• "These men have power to shut up the sky so that it will not rain during the time they are prophesying; and they have the power to turn the waters into blood and to strike the earth with every kind of plague as often as they want." -Revelation 11:6
• "Now when they have finished their testimony,the beast that comes from the Abyss will attack them, and overpower them and kill them. Their bodies will lie in the street of the great city,which is figuratively called Sodom and Egypt, where also their Lord was crucified. For three and a half days men from every people,tribe , language and nation will gaze on their bodies and refuse them burial." -Revelation 11:7-9
• "The inhabitants on the earth will gloat over them and will celebrate by sending each other gifts, because the two prophets had tormented those who live on the earth." -Revelation 11:10
• "But after three and a half days a breath of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet, and terror struck those who saw them. Then they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, Come up here. And they went to heaven in a cloud, while their enemies looked on. "-Revelation 11:11-12
• "At that very hour there was a severe earthquake and a tenth of the city collapsed. Seven thousand people were killed in the earthquake, and the survivors were terrified and gave glory to the God of heaven." -Revelation 11:13
  

Tribulation: Anti-Christ Worst Ruler Ever, Still to Come

• The Anti-Christ has all other bad rulers out there beat Big Time.
• He will be worse than Adolph Hitler, Buento Mussolini,Nero,Julius Caesar, Alexander the Great,Henry VIII(the 8th), Saddam Hussein,Bloody Mary (one of Henry the 8th daughter's), King Herod (the Herod that murdered all the male babies 2 years old and under),King Herod Agrippa, Queen Jezebel (the wicked wife of Ahab, and worshiper of Ashoreth and Baal),King Ahab, King Darius, and any other bad, cruel and brutal rulers out there that ruled in the past as kings,queens,princes,princesses,and dictators.
  
• He will be worse than bad rulers that are still in charge of countries around the world right now.
• He will be a great speaker,will promise to solve money problems for people,will oppose God and anything godly, will decieve many, and will stand in the temple at Jerusalem during the tribulation period.
  
• He will promise peace for 7 years on the earth.
• He will only keep it for 3 1/2 years and will be show his true colors-violence, hatred,and so on for the next 3 1/2 years.
• He will persecute the 144,000 Jews and the few Gentiles that accept Jesus Christ during this time.
• He will plot to kill the tribulation saints.
• "He also forced everyone,small and great,rich and poor, free and slave to receive the mark on his right hand or on his forehead, so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name." -Revelation 13:16-17 *Only those with this mark will be able to buy,sell or trade at this time.
  
• He will be possessed/indwelled by Satan himself.
• He is called by the following names in the Bible:
• "Anti-christ"-I John 1:18
• "little horn" -Daniel 7:8,20-22,25-26
  
• "abomination of desolation"- Daniel 8:9-14,Daniel 9:27,Matthew 24:15,Mark 13:14
  
• "abomination that causes desolation"-Daniel 12:11
  
• "second beast" -Revelation 13:11-18
• "man of lawlessness"-II Thessalonians 2:3-4,7-12
  
• He is discussed in Daniel Chapters 7-9,11,12,Matthew 24,Mark 13,II Thessalonians 2:3-4, 7-12 , I John 1:18,and various passages in Revelation.
• He will be the ruler over the entire world during this time.
• "Then, ...another beast, coming out of the earth. He had two horns like a lamb, but he spoke like a dragon." -Revelation 13:11
  
• "He exercised all authority of the first beast on his behalf,and made the earth and its inhabitants worship the first beast ,whose fatal wound had be healed."-Revelation 13:12 *He will cause all to worship the first beast that had a fatal wound and survived.
  
• "And he performed great and miraculous signs,even causing fire to come down from heaven to earth in full view of men." -Revelation 13:13 *He will be able to perform miracles.
  
• "Because of the signs he was given to do on behalf, of the first beast, he deceived the inhabitants of the earth. He ordered them to set up an image in honor of the beast who was wounded by the sword and yet lived." -Revelation 13:14
  
• "He was given power to the image of the first beast, so that it could speak and cause all those who refused to worship the image to be killed."-Revelation 13:15
• "He also forced everyone,small and great,rich and poor, free and slave to receive the mark on his right hand or on his forehead, so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name." -Revelation 13:16-17
  

• He will be allowed to do all these things and more as part of God's judgment on those left behind (after the rapture) during the tribulation period.
• He is not someone you want to be around to see.
• "This calls for wisdom. If anyone has insight, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it is man's number. His number is 666." -Revelation 13:18
  
• Only God knows who the anti-christ is.
• The anti-christ will be thrown into the lake of fire in God's timing.
• He rules after the rapture takes place, and after the Holy Spirit is taken out of the world.
• "...He will try to change the times,and laws..."-Daniel 7:25
• "He will become very strong, but not by his own power. He will cause astounding devestation and will succeed at whatever he does.He will destory the mighty men and the holy people. He will cause deciet to prosper,and will consider himself superior. When they feel secure,he will destroy many and take his stand against the Prince of princes. Yet he will be destroyed,but not by human power."Daniel 8:24-25
• "...He will exalt and magnify himself above every god, and will say unheard things against the God of gods. He will be successful until the time of wrath is completed, for what has been determined must take place. He will show no regard for the gods of his fathers or for the one desired by women,nor will he regard any god,but will exalt himself above them all. Instead he will honor a god of fortresses;a god unknown to his fathers he will honor with gold and silver,with precious stones and costly gifts. He will attack the mighty fortresses with the help of a foreign god and will greatly honor those who acknowlege him.He will make them rulers over many peopleand will distrbute the land at a price.At the time of the end the King of the South will engage him in battle,and the king of the North will storm against him with chariots and calvary and a great fleet of ships. He will invade many countries and sweep through them like a flood. He will also invade the Beautiful Land. Many countries will fall, but Edom, Moab, and the leaders of Ammon will be delivered from his hand. He will extend his power over many countries;Egypt will not escape. He will gain control of gold and silver and all the riches of Egypt,with the Libyans and Nubians in submission. But reports from the east and north will alarm him, and he will set out in a great rage to destroy and annhilate many. He will pitch his royal tents between the seas at the beautiful holy mountain. Yet he will come to his end,and no one will help him."Daniel 11:36-45
  
• Be ready for the rapture,so will not have to be here for the tribulation period when this wicked ruler comes to power!
